Beauty - The Mirror of Reality

It was long time since i wanted to start some realistic drawings, and here you're looking to my first illustration filled with deep feeling (maybe)


Do you grasp the meaning?
It should tell about how people always show just the beauty part of themselves, but the grim reality is that they are corrupted, rotted like an un-dead, and this mirror show their true appareance.
Maybe you've noticed that the eye of in the mirror is not correctly reflected, well, it's not an error, this mean that even if real-side is not showed it's always looking at you, desiring to steal and eat your soul, like he have a stand-alone mind.

It took less than i figured, just a couple of days, around 12 hours or so. Totally photoshop, without references! And yes of course, i'm totally satisfied with it, i really love the outcoming


I made this for the contest themed on beauty ([link]) i don't think i'll win, there's a lot of beautiful entry, but anyway i used the contest just to take the opportunity to draw something realistic
